ECCO is a consulting company that carries out monitoring and analysis of public infrastructure policies, specializing in communications - telecommunications, social communication and internet - with a main focus on legislative activities. Created in 1995, it aims to transform information into fundamental inputs for decision-making.

To achieve this goal, ECCO strives to form teams specialized in public policies, sectoral regulation and the legislative process. To make the service provision even more complete, it also added monitoring in the states (Assemblies and Municipal Chambers) to the federal legislative monitoring.

ECCO's work is supported by an automated information capture system, essential to facilitate its organization and editing by our analysis and consulting team, and to enable clients to access our databases. Note: the federal system is undergoing reformulation and will be available soon.
